박광은의 2번째 EP 앨범 ‘오후의 데이트’는 재즈 피아노를 중심으로 따뜻하고 로맨틱한 감정을 담아낸 앨범이다. 짧지만 강렬한 4곡은 각각의 이야기를 담아, 청자를 사랑과 추억의 순간으로 인도한다. 첫 번째 트랙 ‘너에게 가는 길’은 피아노와 베이스가 어우러져 두 사람이 서로에게 다가가는 설렘을 감미롭게 그려내며, 사랑을 향한 여정을 따뜻하게 표현한다. / Matt Park’s 2nd EP, “Afternoon Stroll”, centers around jazz piano to evoke feelings of warmth and romance. The first track, “The Road to You”, featuring piano and bass, beautifully conveys the tender emotions as two people draw closer to one another, expressing the warmth of their journey toward love.
두 번째 트랙 ‘오후의 데이트’는 피아노, 기타, 베이스, 드럼이 함께 연주되는 타이틀곡으로, 따사로운 오후 햇살 아래 함께 걷는 기분을 전해준다. 여유롭고 부드러운 리듬이 듣는 이를 감싸며 데이트의 즐거움을 온전히 전달한다. / The second track, “Afternoon Stroll”, features piano, guitar, bass, and drums, as the album’s title track. It conveys the relaxed joy of walking together under the warm afternoon sun. The gentle yet lively rhythm embraces the listener, gently expressing the joy of an afternoon stroll.
세 번째 트랙 ‘속삭이듯 고백’은 피아노 솔로로 연주되며, 사랑을 고백하는 순간의 조심스러움과 진심이 가득 담겨 있다. 진솔한 감정을 담아 고백의 설렘을 그대로 전달한다. / The third track, “Whispers of Love”, is a solo piano piece that captures the delicate and sincere moment of a love confession. The tender melody evokes deep emotions, allowing listeners to relive the thrill of revealing one’s heart.
마지막 트랙 ‘우리 결혼했어요’는 피아노 연주로 인생의 중요한 순간인 결혼을 기념한다. 밝고 경쾌한 피아노 선율이 듣는 이를 미소 짓게 하며, 사랑의 결실을 축하하며 앨범을 아름답게 마무리한다. / The final track, “Just Married”, celebrates the special moment of marriage with a bright and cheerful piano performance. Q. 정규 앨범을 발매한지 얼마 되지 않아 EP 앨범까지 준비하셨는데, 특별한 이유가 있으신가요? / You recently released a full-length album, and now you’ve followed it up with an EP. Was there a special reason for this quick release?
A. 이번 EP는 정규 앨범과는 별개로 아내와의 2주년을 기념하기 위한 특별한 프로젝트였어요. 아내를 만나기 전에 제작했던 첫 번째 EP 앨범 ‘나의 길’은 제 자신에게 집중한 작품이었다면, 이번 ‘오후의 데이트’는 저희 부부가 함께한 소중한 순간들을 음악으로 기록하고 싶다는 마음에서 시작되었죠. 무엇보다 둘만의 추억과 사랑을 담아내는 데 중점을 두었어요. / This EP is different from the full-length album in that it was a special project to celebrate my second anniversary with my wife. My first EP, My Way, which I created before meeting her, was a work focused on myself. In contrast, Afternoon Stroll came from a desire to capture the precious moments we’ve shared together in music. More than anything, I wanted to encapsulate our shared memories and love in the music.
Q. 정규 앨범 발매에 이어 두 번째 EP 발매, 그리고 두 분의 기념일까지 정말 축하드립니다! 두 분의 사랑만큼 앨범도 정말 사랑스러운 느낌이 가득한데요. 이번 음악을 제작할 때 특별히 신경 쓰신 부분이 있을까요? / Congratulations on your second EP release following your full-length album, and also on your anniversary! The album feels just as full of love as your relationship seems to be. Was there anything in particular you focused on while creating this music?
A. 감사합니다! 이번 앨범은 저희에게 소중했던 순간들 중에서도 특히 첫 만남의 설렘, 데이트하면서 느꼈던 행복, 고백할 때의 조심스러운 떨림, 그리고 결혼식 날의 벅찬 감정까지, 그 순간의 느낌을 표현하려고 노력했어요. / Thank you! For this album, I wanted to capture the emotions of our most treasured moments, especially the excitement of our first meeting, the joy of our dates, the nervousness of confessing, and the overwhelming joy on our wedding day.
Q. 마지막으로 청중에게 전하고 싶은 메시지 또는 인사말이 있다면 말씀해주세요. / Lastly, do you have any message or words you’d like to share with your audience?
A. 제 음악을 들어주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다! 이번 앨범을 통해서는 청중께서도 사랑의 순간들을 다시 한 번 떠올리고, 소중한 사람과 함께한 시간을 되새겨볼 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 좋겠어요. 저의 개인적인 이야기가 담긴 앨범이지만, 듣는 분들의 추억 속에서도 음악이 어우러지길 바랍니다. / Thank you so much for listening to my music! Through this album, I hope you can also reflect on the moments of love and cherish the time spent with your loved ones. Although this album is filled with my personal stories, I hope the music weaves into your own memories as well.
